Overhead GUI only shows to one players, what can I do to fix it?

I am brand new to Roblox studios, and I have just made a game. This game needs an overhead GUI over all the players that shows everyone what rank they are. For some reason though the overhead GUI only appears to the player that has it over their head. It is meant to be visible to only one player. It would be great to hear what I might be able to do to solve this issue.
