How do I end an animation like this?

I have managed to load in an animation to and make it work. However when the animation finishes I want the character to stay in the position it is in, and not go back to the position it was in at the start.

How would I do this?

Do I need to use a method of some sort, or is there a setting in the ROBLOX animation editor, I need to tick? What?
