How can I make a person go from one place to another?

That sounds convoluted. What I mean is that I want to have multiple places and the ability to swap between them, much like what ROBLOX did for the winter events. My general strategy with scripting is to look through free models and learn what to do, but with this one, I have no clue what to do. I don't know what exactly I would call it. Even an answer to that would be sufficient. I have looked all over on the site, but, as I just said, I'm not sure what to call it so this could already have been answered. If someone happens to know what the place teleport script is, I would be most appreciative. I just need that, and then I can add the onClicked function that I know and then make it work.

P.S. If you do know, how do you keep information like team and items in your item list from the other place?
