How do I make a knocking system like Rouge Lineage?

I'm trying to make a knocking system like rouge lineage so when you get down to 1 hp you get knocked but I don't know how to make a ragdoll nor do I know how to lock a players health. I've been trying to figure out how but can't get my head around it

Help will be appreciated :)

just make a if statement checking if the players health isnt lower then 1 everytime u deal damage and u can find guides online for ragdoll IcyMizu 122 — 4y
