Rotate a part and makes the character moves along?

I wanna make these cubes (as seen in the gif) to rotate to a random axis by 90 using tween but I also want a character that is on top of one of the part to move along but I don't know how to. Some games have those things like Adventure Forward 2. Any help is appreciated!
