Is it possible to make the hoverboard stay in your toolbar when you equip it? I wanted to know before I attempted to try it

The hoverboard tool that that you can use ingame (basically the skateboard) leaves your inventory when you equip it and click on it. I was wondering if I could stop it from leaving your inventory kolenk 9 — 5y
