I'm having problems with ThumbnailCamera while trying to upload a model?

Hello, this is not an scripting question but its a developer question, since i cannot use dev wiki i'm asking here, i have tried using thumbnailcamera and it doesn't work, i even positioned camera, cloned it and nothing i even published it, it only shows a really small icon, is it deprecated? and if its not, why doesn't it work? :/
