How do I script the gui for color changing?

I have a GUI for a uniform and it's no scripted. The GUI is supposed to change neon parts ont he uniform such as the mask glasses. There is also a function for Toggle light because there is a light on the helmet. There are 2 other options with toggle breathing and toggle night vision. And the rest functions are colors.
