Body Movers Rotate Part thing?

So this question is for people who know how to use BodyMovers ( BodyPostion. BodyGyro, etcetera), My question is how do you make a part rotate 180 degrees smoothly using BodyMovers?

I have a moving part that used BodyPositon and how do you make it rotate?
