How do I rotate decals without rotating the part the decal is on?

I tried putting a decal on a cylinder but it is rotated sideways.

Download the decal; edit it in a photo editing software and use that instead. BlackOrange3343 2676 — 4y

Click the decal in explorer, go to the properties tab, click the face option and select where you would like it to be.

I meant like the eyes are on the left and the mouth is on the right of the face on the cylinder Aqil_Whiz 2 — 4y

In that case I would recommend creating a second transparent cylinder inside the original cylinder that you can rotate to fit Robowon1 323 — 4y
