How to disable character facing completely?

I'm handling my character rotation manually and I'm not sure how do I completely disable character facing with RotationType. I don't want it to face movement vector nor camera angle. Is this possible without implementing a custom movement system? So far I only see options for RotationType.CameraRelative and RotationType.MovementRelative.
