How to get my username/userId with .ROBLOSECURITY Cookie using Roblox Web API?

I am building a small application, and I need it to be able to get my username/userID just by using my .ROBLOSECURITY cookie.

What Roblox Web API is able to help me here? I was thinking about login API, but it seems to be overly complex for such a simple task.
