Why is my sword not positioned correctly?

I made a sword (welded). When I test and equip it the sword is positioned normally, but when you slash or lunge it positions off to the side??? Does anyone know a solution?

Its The Handle When You Lunge or slash it changes the handle position look at the sword script again.
