See the part face that the mouse is pointing at?

Hi, I have been trying to figure out how to get the part's face that the mouse is pointing at.

So if I was pointing at the Base plate, I want to know how to find out if I'm pointing at the left side, right side, top, bottom, etc, etc. But I have no idea where to start! The only things I have used for the mouse are simple things like Button1Down so I am clueless on where to start.
