Cannot make a basic car? and spaghetti hoops

It's not so basic after spending 3 hours trying to work it out. I made CylindricalConstraint connecting from a wheel to the body and i don't see what else I am supposed to do. I have been to a basic car tutorial and they also used springs but I didn't use them; Are they even necessary?
