Make Gear Independent From Arm?

I have an animation which involves both arms of a rig moving, but I want the gear to stay one position, being independent from the right arm.

I know It's not a good idea to ask for scripting help without a script, but I can't find anything like this online. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, but I've already tried that. It changes the position and rotation only, it will still be dependent on the right arm's position. GreatTurkeySandwich 2 — 4y
