Can anyone create a player interactive surface gui?

Hello, I am a ROBLOX developer. I design building architecture, including Interior, and Exterior design. I have very moderate scripting skills. I am able to edit some scripts to correspond with my game, or buildings.

Today I am tackling something new. I am creating a Hospital Reception Check in System, Similar to the one located here: https://www.roblox.com/games/3201165054/UPDATE-The-Robloxian-General-Hospital

--STAFF members are able to check in patients by using this method here, Note: I'd assume these surfaceguis are connected to the PlayerGui service. [Not viewable by other players]

If anyone can code this I am able to pay them ROBUX! or help me create the code that would be very helpful! Thanks
