Sword weld on the side is not in correct place?

So I'm trying to make it to where the sword I on the player when Unequipped and when the player joins. The problem is, I'm not sure how to make it to where it is on the player when they join and the sword is no in the right place. I want the sword to be on the left side of the player. The script is named CharWeld and it is in the sword model
