Is it possible that if you hit a player with a sword, the sword could fire a animation?

Is it possible, to make a player look like they just got hit, by hitting them with a sword? It'd be kind of like brawl, so if you hit them it's a debounce making it so they can't move, til you recharge. Like if you swinged a sword at them, and tagged their torso, or any other part.
