How would I make a jetpack with vector force?

Good Afternoon, I posted this because I need help on how to make a jetpack. I have done research and heard about using vector force, with the jetpack I also want the ability to move aronud while the jetpack is being used, if someone has found anything useful or knows how I could do this then please contact me.
