Studio won't load past the login screen,how do i fix this? PLEASE HELP!

I know this isn't really a scripting question and all but my studio never loads past the login screen. I have tried the uninstall reinstall trick like 20 times already and it still doesn't work. Any idea how to fix it?

Try un-installing it, cutting your wifi, Logging out, Restarting your PC, then install it log in and turn your wifi back on?
