Can I get some help with making a tool that places text?

I'm personally really bad at scripting, but I really need someone to help me figure out how to make a tool that places a block where you click, with customizable text. I want the text to be similar to a username, or the name for an NPC. That way the text just floats above the block. I also want to point out, when I said customizable text, I mean I want to be able to customize the text in game and have hundreds of different text boxes.
