[NOT A REQUEST] How do you make a new server with specific people?

When you join this game, isle: https://www.roblox.com/games/3095204897/Isle?refPageId=cb5a6e64-803b-483d-9683-5873083095c1 you're in a lobby with 70 other players. Players can step on platforms that que them into a different server with the same people who also stepped on the same platform. How can I make something similar to this? I hope you could understand what I'm trying to ask.
