How would i start making a RobloxPhone app?

Ive asked a couple of people how to start making a RobloxPhone app and all of them said to come here for help so i am. I intend to make an app which submits a khols admin command message whenever you press enter while on the app after you have entered a message. Khols admin commands v2 messages show up as a player GUI which goes after 1/2 seconds.
