How do you Make an IntValue in Workspace live for a servers and save?

I've made a thing on my game where you can Rate a Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down, but I'm trying to make the number of Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down live for all Servers and save, so the Ratings are the Same for all servers and never disappear when all servers disappear.
