How do I make it so I can send messages in Server Messages?
This is all a ROBLOX Program. Made by them, you can do this as well with a simple effect. This is still the default ROBLOX Chat.
This is what I want to chat in, basically a permission channel...
I sadly still have no script to go off of as I don't understand how I can do this manually.
Any comments please turn into answers so that way if it helps, I can give you the points for helping.

Sadly, the system chat channel is a readonly channel, and therefore you cannot post your own messages to it.
