How to disable Speed Bar?

Basically there is this bar thats set to where when your on a vehicle and the vehicle gains speed the bar will display its speed. Is there any possible way to disable that and if so how?

In the driver's seat of the vehicle go to VehicleSeat.HeadsUpDisplay = false
