How could I make cars move to certains places and then loop it like in Royale High?

So I was wondering how could I go about making cars like Royale High? For example, the cars in the game goes to a certain place and then just loops again. Maybe I can do it using

while true do

or

repeat

or something like that. May someone please help because I honestly don't understand.
