How do I stop the camera from automatically rotating?

Hello. I have a vehicle chassis that I made and when you sit in the Vehicle Seat and you move your camera for say 35 degrees, after roughly 3 seconds the camera will automatically rotate to center the camera to a Vertical axis to face the back of the character. How do I stop this from happening so I can keep the camera at the angle that the player left it in?
