Whats the point of startergui if its going to clone to playergui anyways? [closed]

I know what they both do but like I don't see a point or a reason why I should clone it or parent it to the playergui if its going to clone. I got a suggestion from the scripting helpers discord server that I should not use StarterGuiService Instead use the playerGuiService but dosen't startergui clone to playergui?
