Why is LoadCharacterAppearance deprecated and is what is the newer way to do it?

Humanoid:AddAccessory, Humanoid:ApplyDescription, and simply parenting tools to StarterPack and Backpack are the newer ways to do things that LoadCharacterAppearance did.
