Why are the children of ServerStorage and ServerScriptService disappearing?
Hi, I have an issue where if I run my game in Roblox Studio, the children of both the ServerScriptService and the ServerStorage disappear, even though I have no scripts that delete those scripts in there. It causes errors in the game and I need a solution to this problem.
Please Help!

My guess is because according to this article about ServerScriptService, it reads that it isn't replicated to the server/client boundary. What's happening here is that since when you game test you are the client, therefore everything in there will not replicate. However this is my guess and should be taken with a grain of salt.
