Why won't my decal load on my characters face in game?

I copied and pasted a decal into a drawing software called SerifDrawplus and made sure that after I traced everything that the size was 256 by 256 and then I made it 256 by 256 in paint. When I created the decal it was instantly approved by Roblox.

Hopefully somebody can help me, this is my first time using this scriptinghelpers site. I don't mind any game recommendations either where it has a better decal renderer or something.
