What is the most absolutely simple way to create a tool that fires solid bricks?
I want to make a prototype that I can add onto until I have a decent finished product. What is the most absolutely basic way to create a gun that fires bricks? I am trying to avoid Raycasting if I can.

You cannot avoid Raycasting if you want it to point at the cursor, stop at any other brick, it is very simple to learn: https://developer.roblox.com/articles/Raycasting If you are very new to scripting, i wouldn't recommend for you to start with ray casting, start with variables, loops, functions. none of my weapon, rifle, grenade launcher, sniper rifle, use raycast, I purposely avoid raycast,
go to toolbox, download a working paintball gun. change the bullet fired from paintball into a brick with bigger size, done.
