R6 to R15 change, Tool hovers under the hand?

So today I made my tools compatible to R15, there is one problem tho When the tool is equipped it appears at ur belt ( which is supposed to happen ), but once the tool is ' activated ' it will appear a little under the hand so it looks like its kind of flying or hovering under the hand which I don't like. There is no problem with GripPos or any other Grip and no problem with the scripts.

Excuse me if this is the wrong place to post this but I do not really have an idea of why that happens, I have also checked my welds etc but that isn't causing the issue.

Does anyone have an idea of what this could be? Thanks in advance.
