How do I create a overhead gui that displays a name and rank of a player thats on a specific team?

I want to create a script that displays a player's username, and their rank. But the catch is, I want to rank to display the group specific team rank.

For examle:

So if they're on my government team, it displays their government rank. If they're on my military team, it displays their military rank.
