How would I make a part avoid buildings?

Ok so there is a game called iron man simulator and when you call a suit it makes the suit travel to you. Game It seems that the part of the suit it's sending was avoiding buildings and i want to achieve something like it any tips to do it would be helpful. So what i want is to maneuver around building or other parts in the game. Thanks in advance
