How do I make a custom zombie rig?

I need to know how I am able to create a zombie model (using a ROBLOX R15 character) be able to have the player's name and have an animation in-game when the player dies.

Currently when my script clones my model from ServerStorage, it provides no animation (parts will not move on jump, walk, etc.) and on the second player's screen, the name shows up as "Zombie" instead of the player's user.

How am I able to fix this?
