Can't stop a sound via plugin?

I have seen a post about not being able to play a sound, but this is ridicules! They add something to play a sound via plugin, but not stop? I use :PlayLocalSound to play the sound, then when it has finished I Stop it, then remove it. Add to my surprise, it kept playing!
