How can i make a touch event change the controls ?

Hello so i have made my own controls, So the only thing player can do is jump. Also this as a loop so he can jump while holding space, I tried to add Velocity and now player can fly. But i need it to do when player touch a part is, there a way to do this?

The script is local inside starter player scripts btw.
