What is the difference between Rays and Mouse.Hit.p?

I can't tell the difference and what I should use for firing a gun. They both print the position but i dont know what to use

A ray is a point between 2 objects. Great for guns. The Mouse.Hit just returns a vector3 value of where you clicked.

I think he means ray.Direction, which is the Vector3 that the ray points towards to go on forever in the direction of the vector. DeceptiveCaster 3761 — 5y
