Broken Points System script. Not sure what's wrong with it. Does anyone know?

I have tried someone's script already, but it didn't work. I still have the script, but I think it's outdated. I did leave the variables (or groupId and minrank) untouched since I just got it back. I had all the correct information in, and it didn't work. http://prntscr.com/n6o2is
