Entering another game when people try to enter my game?

So first of all I don't know where to report this besides sending an email to roblox support the guy who answered didn't even read it he just gave me a link of the roblox studio page and said that its sometimes hard to make a game.

So the main problem here is that when people or I try to join my game we get teleported to another game when it says 'joining server' it just opens another random game and I've checked all the games where we get teleported to everytime we try to join the game and they all end with '84' like my game's id.

I tried to search this up since the roblox support guy didn't help me at all and I have sent two other emails but they don't work atm and didn't find any other person who has had this before.

So my question is does anyone know what this could be? As I don't think I can do something to it since it just randomly appeared and have you seen this before?

PS: I just used several anti virus plugins which are popular and even that won't change anything

Did you put any free models or bad plugins? Maybe there is a virus that you don't know. Get a roblox antivirus plugin, it can help. MahadTheIronSword 98 — 5y

You need to check all of the scripts in your place. One of them is causing you to teleport to another place. User#5423 17 — 5y

DO NOT get a roblox antivirus plugin, most of them steal your place or insert back doors into your place. Austinn_K 31 — 5y

there is most likely a free model that you inserted into your game that is doing this. check all of the models you have inserted and look for suspicious scripts and objects.
