How to prevent character turning while in first person?

Hello everyone! I have noticed when you zoom in first person, you can turn your body, There is a game called "Dragon Ball Z Final Stand" and it has first person turning prevention, but i dont know how they do it. I need that because im making a DBZ game too. So please explain how its possible as i dont have a clue where to start therefor i dont have a script. Thank you :)
