Morphing with HumanodDescription's with NPC's?

Hi, I have been trying to use the new API HumanoidDescription and I am trying to make it work with NPCs (changing their appearance).

My code:

Humanoid:ApplyDescription(game.Players:GetHumanoidDescriptionFromUserId(491243243))

If anyone can help it would be great, thanks.
