How exactly do I make a tool move with an animation? When I try, it seems everything but the tool arm moves. It also needs to work filtering enabled.

Ok so make sure that the animation's priority is set to "Action". To do this, use the animation editor, click "edit", click "set priority" and click "action". Otherwise, you can't play it while you have a tool in your hand. RetroGalacticGamer 331 — 6y

My comment says it all. If your animation priority isn't set to "Action" the animation might not play.

If the parts in the tool are anchored, this will prevent it from moving. Also uncheck the "CanCollide" option for all parts in the tool.

I can walk, but if I click, the parts other than the right arm move asadefa 55 — 6y
