How do I make a camera part script that you can move around?

So I am trying to make a part that is the camera and you can move it around. I didn't really know how to do this so I asked my friend and he said I just have to put the camera object in but it didn't work so I am looking for someone to show me how to do this and make a script for me if needed please.
