What is the most effective way to create inventory gui?

What's the most effective way to create inventory gui that collects Backpack's children's data and put it in the gui? Will using while true do will cause the lag?

For my inventory GUI I use ChildAdded and ChildRemoved. Rheines 661 — 5y
