Animated decals not in the model possible? (like rocket league)

Ok, So i have made several types of animated decal scripts, but to reduce lag is it possible if i have the script out of the model/model's, just like rocket league would be able to handle several animated decals at once, and you probably have not noticed they are animated at the same time.
