PlayerGui Folders aren’t present yet somehow functional!?

I’m running some FE tests, and I’ve noticed something rather odd, only one User carries the PlayerGui, the rest of the other Clients’ aren’t present. I have a Global LocalScript effecting all Users, the main functionality is to show a GUI on each screen. During debugging, I got ‘attempt to index’ issues, I tried to see whether or not the Instance existed, and whilst I was doing that I came across the shocking notice of the PlayerGui Folder being completely gone! It seems to function properly, only this Script belongs to a CoreMechanic Script, since this is apart of a Game. I don’t want anything to break out of the blue, should I be concerned? Any potential issues?

do you have the script? If it's long, it might be doing something you didn't realize SteamG00B 1633 — 5y

If Filtering is enabled, you will only be able to access your own PlayerGui, this is meant to prevent exploiters from putting guis into other players
